AlloGraf™ is a permanently engrafting, immune-tolerant, bilayered, living human skin equivalent that utilizes Escape's proprietary MorphoGel™ scaffold and PluraStem™-derived fibroblasts and epidermal progenitors. The 3-D matrix is composed of fully defined, animal-free proteins and/or synthetic biocompatible polymers. The product can be used in patients of any HLA type without the need for adjunctive immunosuppression, HLA matching, or autologous sourcing. The product is indicated for immunocompetent or immunocompromised patients with partial thickness wounds.
